Auto-feeds screws to the bit and frees both hands — reaches deep, tight holes a fixed head can't, with near-zero missed screws.
The push-pull handheld machine (XZ-1) is the push-pull-bit version of our handheld driver, designed for products with tightly spaced or deep screw holes. Unlike down-press bits, the push-pull bit feeds forward and pulls back — entering deeper, narrower holes without alignment problems.
Screws auto-feed to the bit, so the operator's left hand is completely free. With no manual screw picking, operators work fatigue-free for long shifts, and the missed-screw rate approaches zero. The fastest-payback entry point into automated fastening for small-batch, varied production.
Reaches deep holes and tight spacing that down-press heads cannot.
Feeds screws to the bit automatically — frees the left hand, 2–3× faster than manual.
Switch screw diameters directly within range, no changeover.
No manual picking means the missed-screw rate approaches zero, even on long shifts.
