Three-axis flexibility — reprogram in minutes to fasten a completely different product on the same machine.
The coordinate machine moves the fastening head across X, Y and Z axes, driving screws at any programmed position — one at a time, or several at once with dual-head / dual-platform variants. It is the most versatile automated fastening platform: easy to operate and quick to change over.
It suits high-mix products with relatively few screws each, and large non-planar workpieces — curved surfaces, stepped surfaces — where a fixed multi-axis head cannot reach. Programs load by direct coordinate entry or 3D import.
Free path setting across XYZ — one machine handles many product types.
Switch products by loading a new program; no mechanical retooling for most jobs.
Direct coordinate input or import positions straight from a 3D model.
Built on Panasonic / Omron PLC with missing-screw detection and alarms.
